Who we are
Alex Buys Vegas Houses, 10624 S Eastern Ave, Henderson, NV 89052. Phone: (702) 793-2582.
What we collect
When you submit the offer form, we collect what you type: the property address, its condition and your timeline as you describe them, your name, phone number, and email if you choose to give one. The form also records the page you submitted from and, if the link you arrived through carried campaign or advertising identifiers (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID), those are recorded with your submission so we know which marketing brought you here. If you call us, we have whatever you share on the phone, and the call may be recorded for training purposes; a message at the start of every call says so.
Where it goes
A submission is sent to our customer-relationship system (Salesforce) and mirrored to a private internal team channel (Slack). If an automated check flags a submission as likely spam, it is not sent to Salesforce at all — it goes only to the internal channel, so a real person can look at it in case the check was wrong. If Salesforce does not accept a submission, the internal copy is what we work from. If neither accepts it, the page tells you the message did not go through and gives you our phone number. Those two systems are the only places this website sends a form you submit. While you type an address, what you have typed also goes to Google, for the suggestions described below. If a sale moves forward, the information needed to complete it goes to the parties who complete it, such as the title and escrow company.
How we use it
To respond to your request: contacting you back, preparing for an appointment, making and following up on an offer, and keeping ordinary business records of the conversation.
Cookies and advertising
Every page of this site loads Google's tag for Google Ads. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, such as the pages you view, whether you came from one of our ads, whether you tapped or clicked our phone number, and whether you reached our thank-you page after sending the offer form. If you came from one of our Google ads, the phone number on the page may be a Google forwarding number that connects to ours. If you call it, Google may record the call, and a short message at the start tells you when it does. Google tells us about the call, and the details can include when it was made, how long it lasted, the caller's number and any recording. We use all of this to measure how our ads perform, and Google Ads can use it to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy. You can turn off ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.
We also use Google Analytics, through the same Google tag, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how people arrive, how far they scroll, which links they follow, and whether they start or send the offer form or tap our phone number. It sets cookies and sends that information to Google, which handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not send Google Analytics your name, phone number, email or the address you type into the form. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. This site runs no other analytics or advertising scripts.
Where a page shows content belonging to another organization — such as the Better Business Bureau's seal or Google review profile photos — that image loads from the organization's own servers, which receive the standard technical data any image request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. The client videos on our homepage are different: nothing loads from YouTube until you press play on one, and from then on the video plays from YouTube, a Google service, which receives the same technical data and the address of this site, may store data in your browser, and handles all of it under Google's own privacy policy.
Address suggestions
When you type an address into our offer form, the suggestions that appear come from Google Maps. What you have typed so far is sent from our website's server to Google, which returns matching addresses. Along with that text, Google receives a random code that ties the lookups in one search together; a new code is made for your first lookup on each page and for your first lookup after each address you choose. Because these lookups come from our server, not your browser, they do not give Google your IP address. Google handles what it receives under its own privacy policy. We do not keep the suggestions.
Questions and requests
Call (702) 793-2582 or write to the address above with any question about the information we hold about you — including a request to see it, correct it, or have it deleted, and any request a Nevada resident is entitled to make about the sale of personal information. A person will take the request and tell you what we can do.
Changes
If our practices change — for example, if we add analytics — this page will be updated before or when the change takes effect, with a new effective date.
